Sina Suites Cancun - Adults Only

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location directly by the lagoon of Nichupte in the zona hotelera of Cancun is a peaceful and serene setting. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are sufficient for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water in the room, which had a comfortable king-size bed.

The hotel could benefit from some improvement in certain areas.

The suite at Sina Suites was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The bathroom was super clean, always a plus. We appreciated the convenience of room service and the perfect temperature of the pool. The staff were very good too be helpful and accommodating, especially when we had an unfortunate incident of our money being stolen and they helped us get to the airport. We would definitely recommend this facility.

This hotel is in a great location. It's close to all attractions in the area, including a supermarket and a shopping mall. It has easy access to transportation since the bus stop is nearby. The rooms are enormous with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of either the lagoon or the beach. The staff has amazing hospitality, and they went above and beyond to help guests, including taking one person to the hospital in their private car. Breakfast is not included, but you can have it at the hotel restaurant with lagoon views.

The rooms might need a bit of improvement in terms of the bed’s firmness, as it might not be the most comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay in Cancun! The location of our hotel was perfect, just opposite a supermarket and a short walk from the beach. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the lagoon. The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant and loved the fact that everything was so close by.

The only downside was that the living room didn't have air conditioning, so it got a bit warm in there.

We had a great stay at Sina Suites for 4 days. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops but away from busy roads, providing a quiet atmosphere. The pool area was wonderful, with palm trees and comfortable sun loungers. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was kept clean. If you're looking for a small, charming hotel without the crowds, give this place a try.

The 24-hour reception and English-speaking staff made our stay easy and convenient. The hotel offered free towel service and had a lovely pool area with a restaurant.
